Contract Figures should default to zero on the printout when nothing is selected
I worked for another insurance company who started this for legal reasons. If the unselected option is left blank, some people may assume that it is automatically included. On manuals I always put a line through the amount column for that purpose.

Greater minimization of Digicon Screen to allow other document veiws
I use a CRM package that is not linked to Digicon, consequently I have to double enter all contacts. It would be helpful if the Digicon screen would minimize enough that I could see critical contact information from the CRM package. Equally split ...
