When saving the documents as a PDF, I think it would be helpful to auto populate the LAST NAME first followed by the first name and then the policy number. Typically documents would be organized in a file by last name and not a first name.

Give the option to highlight everywhere a purchaser/insured needs to sign or initial when a contract is printed for signatures as to alleviate missed portions.

Should not have to check off who to add. If we entered them in on the pre-need, then they should be added automatically.
