As new campaigns are rolled out, could a list for each campaign be created for us in PLD? Lead Concepts could add new leads to this list and make the leads more organized. This way we could pull up the entire campaign at will. This would improve productivity by allowing SPs to work from the list when prospecting. It would also prevent leads from being forgotten. Managers could more easily see the progress as well.

This is something you can accomplish yourself within PLD. We currently have the custom fields Initiated By and Campaign ID. You could create a list that showed only the people who were initiated by Lead Concepts and then you can pick a specific campaign ID. Please let me know if you need help setting up this list or if this solution is not what you are looking for.
