Right now, agents just type in the describe blanks of either Stationery Cards, Memorial Book, or Acknowledgement Cards that the insured wants a Stationary package and puts the price of the package. Some agents are having to type out what is included in the package each time and others don't bother. We have to look at each contract to find if they have divided out each item that is included in the package. We must do this to be sure that the contract is compliant with the TDOB. It would be better if the agent could just select a Stationary package and have it auto-filled for them. Most packages are simple: 1 Register book, 100 memorial folder, 50 ack Cards. We have others that include things like crucifixes, candles, boutonnieres, DVDs, ect.. If we could make Stationary packages like Cremation or Burial packages, where they just select it and it fills it in for them, it would save the agents time and would make the contracts more complete for audit
