I have had to service 4 multi-pays since 1/1/2018 that were issued in 2015, by a different SP. Clients forget what and why they are paying more than the face value of funeral expenses. Plus the FH needs some documentation to back up what was said at the time of sale.

Since the statement of goods and services is a state approved form and not specific to the funeral home, any changes made to this form would be added for every funeral home. Since not all funeral homes would want this change, our Marketing department is working on a brochure for all agents that will explain the "Maximum Amount" issue.
