Too many times I am having funeral directors decline a contract due to something that could be fixed easily with just a line, initials and a phone call. I would love to see an option on digicon for the funeral director to comment and communicate about a contract without declining it first. When it's declined we have to go back to the client and get new signatures and that's sometimes difficult when you work 2-3 hours away from different towns where these clients are located. But of course,if they comment then an email needs to be sent to the agent so we are aware of this and can respond quickly.

She is wanting to see if there is any ability to allow the funeral home owners to "Approve with comments". That way if the contract amount and all funds are correct, she is just needing to correct verbiage, spelling of name, etc, then she can get the customer to initial the change and not have to have them resign the entire contract, and the Fh can approve the rest.
We will want to make sure that the notes the funeral home adds, is also emailed to the agent of the contract.
