Many times we have spent a long time with a family planning their needs and they do not have the information available with them to complete the TDG. If we could go back in at a later date and enter the information that would be useful. We could also schedule an appointment with them to complete the TDG. Another idea would be to give access to an online TDG for the families in a pre-need.
