Currently we only ask for an address and don't specify the type. The FH needs the street address so they can pick up the body at time of need. We need the mailing address so we can mail items to the customer. We have correspondence come back because the agent put the street address on the contract. Having the option to put both a mailing and street address would help prevent returned mail.
