If you go to a residence to meet with family... they usually want to know info for multiple pay (printing several options 3 yr and 5 yr) verses single pay. If we do not have lap top and portable printer or electronic signature scanner then we can not provide the best services we can. If we could print out at the office Statement of Funeral Goods & Application for Single Pay, 3 yr option and 5 yr option have them sign the appropriate choice. then when we get back amend the Digicon to depict their choice.
