I don't do many multi pay policies. Is there anyway the system can be changed so when an accuracy review is done the select producer would be alerted that the insured and only the insured can sign? The one I just did allowed the spouse to sign and I thought nothing of it since it was already a graded policy. But according to the memo on May 1st regardless of fully insured or graded, only the insured is allowed to sign.
