We are having numerous reports of printing issues when agents try to open contract documents in Adobe Reader. If a PDF of the finalized contract was just saved to an agent's documents folder it would give them another easy way to print or email.

For security reasons this is not going to be implemented. After talking with Jessie this was originally put in to solve a problem with signatures falling off the contract after finalizing. She will be putting in another idea to address that issue.
DIGicon cannot save a pdf of the contract. It can only open the contract pdf in Adobe Reader. Saving a pdf of the contract would violate the security measures within DIGicon.
The agent can, at their discretion, save a copy from with Adobe Reader.
