I need another fillable box in our Goods & Services

I need another fillable box in our Goods & Services section titled 'Other Use of Facilities & Staff' if possible. Looks like they've been taken up by our 'Document Fee' and 'Crematory Fee' which we guarantee at our funeral home.

We still need a separate line to itemize a charge for staffing our reception room and memorial service but it's important that we continue to have our document fee and crematory fee guaranteed as well.
