Currently all details about caskets are added in by the Help Center and an agent cannot see them until they print the contract. Sometimes the caskets are set up wrong or the agents need to use "other" for a casket not in the GPL. In these cases, you cannot fix or add in details, except by manually writing on the printed finalized contract. This is not very professional looking and causes confusion when the authorized rep at funeral home goes to approve contract.
