I come across this frequently in different parts of communication.
I received 2 "Pending Lapse" letters for 2 clients via email on Dec 30 when in fact they had already lapsed on that date or the day before. These were both 2nd notices but why did they say "Pending Lapse" when they had lapsed??
2. I have many clients that tell me they don't receive their bills consistently, they don't receive Paid In Full Certificates, they don't receive their emailed bills. Not sure why this happens so often.
3. I always encourage my clients not to select coupon books because the 5 I have had never received their coupon books.
