Old program allowed all family members entered to contract to be added automatically to Vital Statistics and Planning Guide. Add back in.

Should not have to check off who to add. If we entered them in on the pre-need, then they should be added automatically.

Including spouse info for family members. The family section is very messed up.

Should also reflect their relationship. Right now by adding each of the names to the Guide, it does not print out with their relationship.
