We don't use the online goods & services and have our own contract that's signed separately. It has all the appropriate legal language and we don't plan on switching to the electronic contract.
It would help if we could click a button that we are not using the online goods and services, then fields to enter how much is guaranteed vs non-guaranteed, if you require that.
This way we could still issue PN policies, instead of straight insurance, which has confusing paperwork for the consumer. And we could do it without having to go through workarounds that are confusing to the purchaser.
