We get a lot of digicon CRW's that do not have signed cancel forms nor are they calling for rewrite quotes. I would like to have Digicon bring up a page or give a prompt at the beginning asking that they call for the quote (which determines how much they can roll over and cannot be given over the phone since this info is so vital) and at the end gives a prompt or a warning that they will need to print off the cancel forms to have them signed and, in Texas, the form must be notarized. Right now roughly half of the CRWs that come in are missing either the forms completely or do not have them signed or partially signed.
