Currently, we offer this payment option but it requires a work-around by choosing a 2-pay, 3-pay or 5-pay. In addition, there is no way to draft the much larger amount, so we send them a bill and charge them $2.00. This process needs to be cleaned up.

I run in to this a lot when several members of the family are paying on Mom's arrangements. So far I have been able to get somebody's email & then tell the rest of the family to do online banking or free check by phone. It saves them from the $2.
