Currently you can check the audit messages to see when the last sync was successful. I think it would be great if that was visible on the Dashboard.

After a contract is finalized, it would be great to have a button within the contract that will close the contract and sync (available if DIGicon is online) so that it's less likely the agent will forget to sync.

It would be most efficient if we could batch print contract documents from the Dashboard in DIGicon.

We want DIGicon users to be aware of the help tools at their disposal by having a pop-up welcome guide when they log in that would show them how to access the knowledge base, how to sync, etc.
