Sometimes DIGicon can be confusing to agents, especially those who are not digital natives. I am proposing that we add questions to the navigation, similar to doing your taxes on TurboTax, to walk them through completing the contract step by step....

I worked for another insurance company who started this for legal reasons. If the unselected option is left blank, some people may assume that it is automatically included. On manuals I always put a line through the amount column for that purpose.
